Cellarmaster Karl Lambour and Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst will be joined by the winemakers from De Grendel in Durbanville, Steenberg in Cape Town and Reyneke Organic Wines in Stellenbosch to showcase the diversity of summer’s favourite wine variety. Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst has crafted a sumptuous six-course menu to enhance the unique characteristics of each masterfully crafted wine.
