Taste some of the Cape’s most exceptional white blends on Friday, 26 September at Grande Provence Heritage Wine Estate when Cellarmaster Karl Lambour and Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst team up with other cellars for their monthly Wine & Dine Collaboration in Franschhoek.
With fellow winemakers from Bosman Family Vineyards in Wellington, De Morgenzon in Stellenbosch and Lammershoek in the Swartland, guests will experience the diversity of these wine regions firsthand. To match the unique flavour profile of each wine, the chef has designed a special six-course menu just for this evening of wine and food indulgence.
